Hey my new machine is sweet, but I did notice 2 possibly small things.

When Iturn the volume way down, very low, there seems to be a bit of humming or buzzin I can hear coming from the speakers.

secondly, the wheel up on the backglass that spins to show if you hit a full house, or straight, etc. doesn't currently spin.

Another thing I found funny is I could not get the back down to transport thsi thing yesterday. There was a key that fit the side of the scoreboard but when I went to turn it, I could see it putting pressure on the backglass(really thinplastic) and if I continued to turn it, it seemed like it would damage that material. So I couldnot get the top open to unlatch it and fold it down. any ideas on how to proceed with this?

To open the back you need to turn the key the opposite direction of it putting pressure on the backglass. Then lift the glass up from the bottom and pull it out bottom first.

Once inside you should be able to look over the wheel.

Finally, the humm is common in pins, capping the sound circuit may help as well as verifying the grounds.

ok, it's definitely not working. I can see it wanting to work, but hte left side is kind of stuck, or at least not coming up high enough.

The motor or more specifically the gear box is probably gummed up. You might be able to disassemble the mechanism and clean/lube the motor with 3-in-1 oil. I have never owned that game so I'm speaking theoretically :)

I should have been more specific. I cannot get the backglass off.
I am turning the key, and the left side of the backglass is coming up high enough to have clearance to be pulled out but the right side definitely is not.

I have turned the key both directions, and I can see which is better than the other. One side simply will not lift up high enough to pull the backglass.

You may have to jostle the glass a little to get it to fit in a groove at the top. Also, these often have sturdier peices of plastic around the border. Check to make sure it is fully seated at the top, if it has slipped off it could prevent you from fully lifting it.
