If you have the hard drive use CHDMAN to dump it. Then use CHDMAN to check the logical size and buy the appropriately sized CF, use CHDMAN to extract the image onto the CF and you should be golden. I don't know if someone already dumped that for MAME or not.

I have the drive so will give that a go. I hoped it might be that easy but didn't know as I have not tried that with any arcade drives. I will check MAME as well.

It is literally that easy. Be forewrned you need to know the LOGICAL size of the CHD not physical. Just because the CHD may have a physical size of 3.2 doesn;t mean you rush out and buy a 4 gig because in reality the logical size may "and will" show larger. As you can tell I've made the mistake myself.
