johnny nero action hero, chd onto hard drive issues

So I found something interesting on the special forces pcb.
The lithium battery leaked all over one ram on the pcb. Check yours. Maybe someone with more knowledge might be to shed a little light on this ram and what it might do.

I really don't see any leakage in your pic, but my cmos area is clean...

just for laffs, checked my cmos voltage, 3.25 as good as new.

Ok your video was exactly like mine before I lowered the voltage to 5.19.

mine does that at 5.26 and at 4.99 and all zones in between...currently set at 5.09.

I am measuring at the power supply, I could measure at the hard drive wire unplugged for board levels, but doubt I'm losing much if any.

you've been a huge help. I can breathe easy using the tube in something else and just parting big boy out.

ok, just to make sure, I retested at the hard drive power in cables, and I actually do lose a decent bit.

tested at 5.36 at the power supply output, gave me 5.16/5.17 at the hard drive power cable ends, with same results...

@MrSinister I was wondering if you could tell from this video, if the PCB is bad on this Johnny Nero. Clearly the HDD is bad in that video, but the guy is willing to sell this pretty cheap. I know how to fix a busted HDD by making my own image or just buying one, however if there is more than that, then I really don't want to bother with it. There is one light that is clearly blinking and one that is staying solid, and I couldn't really tell based on your posts, which one is the one to look for.
