Jillians Out Of Business Auction On Wed 6/20 - Las Vegas

A little too far for me to drive, but Jillians in Las Vegas is going through some financial problems and is liquidating their restaurant on Wed. Here's a list of all the arcade related merchandise. You'll probably have to sit through a lot of other restaurant items, so these should go for a steal. The auction starts at 7pm so bring coffee because you'll be up late. I would call and verify the address and time before heading out if you decide to go. Best machine of the lot looks like the Ripley pinball. If anyone wants to drive it to the bay area, I'll put a bid online for it.

looked at the pics on line. nice collection of stuff. did not see the f355s in the pics though. those could be good deals, that machine is still pretty valuable. the outrun 2 machines looked nice.

the pin already has bids up to a few hundred on it.

Yeah, something tells me the Ripley is going to sell closer to the believe it or not price especially since it's the only pin. I bet both of the Star Wars go for a pretty penny. If NAVL wasn't so expensive I'd try to chase one of those, but those Star Wars collectors are a funny breed.

Those star wars cabs take up a ton of space. I would not put it in league with the vector SW games but I guess it's worth what someone is willing to pay. Star Wars Trilogy never did much for me - I thought I wanted one at one point but then went to play it and spent about $5 to go through the entire game. I didn't want to play it again and owning one was no longer in my plans.

Some of those driving cabs are really nice. I have always said that I think that if one is considering a driving game that they should buy the newest machine they can afford, preferably one that can be linked down the road if/when you get another one. I'd bet some operators will scoop up the better ones, but a deal might be had.

Wow, $1,150 for the pinball machine, would have been way out of my league. Both of the Star Wars went for pretty cheap $150 and $210, too bad shipping would have added another $300 to it. Looking forward to the next auction on the 30th in Hesperia

That was insane, those prices were crazy low for that kind of stuff in that condition. That pin was very cheap even with the premium included.

There was a lot of other stuff in that Gameworks. Those were not the best machines they had there. I wonder what happened to them...the F355s with the triple monitors must have been sold prior to the auction for decent coin. I think they had two. If you have the space I think they can be linked...wouldn't that be cool...plus there were more pins...

This really only made sense to get a bunch of these because shipping was over $400 for one game per the shipper except for the pin. Eventually they said they would do the pin to so cal for $300. So the total cost of the pin would have been $1150 + buyer fee and sales tax+ $300 shipping. Not bad.

When I looked into shipping the shipping company said several so cal buyers were looking to ship these. Judging by the looks of it there were two main bidders. Cue the games at the next so cal auction or mega inland empire garage sale....these dudes will be making a pile of money off these games...wish it was me....
