Alright, so i ordered some buttons and one of the finger boards Monday. 4 days later, i here nothing about shipping, so i email them asking. Later that day, no response, but oh hey, my stuff has shipped. Finally. Anyone else have experiences like this?

use jammaparts.net instead its nics on here and he has much better service and stocks all jammaboards stuff
also liteyear98 does cajun arcade and i think he has buttons as well...he also has top of the line service. cant say anything about others havent ordered rom them..
i used this site 1 or 2 times till i joined here and had similar experiences... ;(

I frequently use jamma boards and though their shipping takes a while I have never gotten something I was dissatisfied with. I'll give jamma parts a try and compare the quality before weighing in on who is better, though.

You should read some of the posts here from other users. That's all I'm gonna say.

A while back I ordered a bunch of fingerboards from them and had no problems...

I use Jammaboards all the time. One time late at night I ordered while tired and accidentally selected the super expensive shipping, I used the contact thing to email and then before my stuff shipped out they refunded me the difference and sent regular airmail.

I'm not that picky about my shipping time to notice 4 days before they ship out, maybe they are slow but I have always gotten my stuff in a reasonable timeframe and am happy with them.

I had the exact same thing happen with a NeoGeo 161in1 i ordered. Lazy shipping, but cart arrived as advertised.

My experience is that I ordered 3 jamma extension harnesses from them. They were complete and utter crap. One was DOA, all didn't route all of the wires, another had intermittent connections, all of the games acted like they were sick when hooked up to them.

Refund took a long time.

Bob's equivalent worked perfectly -- all 3 of them, no issues, everything connected, great quality wires, etc. Exactly what you'd expect.

This board is filled with stories of their x-1 boards being disasters, poor customer service, not responding when faulty products are shipped, etc.

To each their own.

I've done 2 orders with them. My 2nd order is still in the mail but i only submitted it like 2 days ago. My first order went off without a hitch.

You ordered wiring from a place called JammaBOARDS, and you're surprised? I'll bet you complain about the quality of the chicken fingers at the Chinese buffet, too, right? ;)

I've ordered several times from both and no issues. Mainly fingerboards and connectors from Jammaboards.com over several years and shipping has been fast and quality good. I have built many an adapter from their fingerboards. My favorite is the JB-3.

I ordered a multi jamma 6-1 board from them that never worked, and they've never responded to emails or trouble tickets filed through their site.

Worst CS of any company I've ever dealt with.

Ordered from them several weeks ago. After nine weekdays I called, (no answer) and sent an email questioning where my order was. Several days later I got a return email with tracking info. It took 2 weeks for an order from NJ to OH. I will not order from them again. I have had good luck with Arcadeshop everytime. Great service and even faster shipping, 2-3 days.

Yeah, there was a large thread here earlier with a number of people complaining about various things like this. That's why I felt obligated to chime in.

Yeah, Ive learned my lesson. I ordered from here for the finger boards, nut good thing i wont need another anytime soon

Same here. I want to say they shipped it within 2 or 3 days so I wasn't upset. I sometimes feel spoiled by the likes of amazon who ships stuff super quick(or twisted quarter for arcade stuff as they have always shipped by the next day) but a lot of things still take a few days to ship. As long as it ships within 2 or 3 days I generally can't complain unless I'm shipping something air to get it quick.

That being said most of the stuff I'd order doesn't come from them.

Also I should say groovygamegear took longer to ship parts to me then jammaboards.
