I just received a jamma harness for my tmnt rebuild. I believe the chassis is a WGk7000.

The jamma connector is R/G/B/VS/video gnd.

My chassis needed r/g/b/gnd/+V/+H/-V/+H/gnd.

Is there a Konami video adapter or another type of harness I need?

The K7000 is looking for r/g/b and ground on a 6 position connector and the composite sync on a 3 position connector. Usually it is wired to the pin you marked as -V and jumpered to the -H position. Sometimes you can get it to sync by just connecting it to the -H position.

This is how my TMNT harness is wired. One wire going to -v and then to -h

for TMNT to sync it is a JAMMA game and it only needs to be connected to pin 10 on the video input header of the K7000.

What is your question? The connector you took a picture of looks like one connector and it is, but you still will normally see a six position and a three position Molex attached to it. The lower half of your pic starts pin one of the six position connector. The space separates the two housings.

My jamma harness plug does not fit that connection. So I take it that ill have to make my own connector for the board?

If someone had a photo of the jamma harness wired into the chassis that would help me best.

I'm using the jamma harness from jammaboards.com

I just looked up the parts on Jamma Boards website and it has the wrong connector. The proper parts are .156 Molex connectors, one 6 position and one 3 position. You can get the right parts from Bob Roberts or Ed at Great Plains Electronics.
