I have a 60 in 1 jamma in one of my cabs. I want to test a couple other jamma boards with this. Porblem being, the 60 in 1 does not use -5V. All other jamma pcb's I see do. Will I have to connect -5V every time I want to test a pcb or if I leave it hooked up, will it just be on a blank spot on the 60 in 1 pcb?

Just hook up the -5V to your harness and leave it hooked up.

Looking at my 60 in 1, the -5V edge connecter is not used (does not have any traces running to it).

I agree. My 60 in 1 cab is fully populated with all voltages because I use it all the time to do just what your looking to do...test other boards.
