i had to add the -5v to a jamma harness i had because it was lacking it (apparently, konami didn't use -5v). so i got the pins in the jamma edge connector and went to wire them the the plug that plugs into the psu. i noticed there is only 1 -5v output (white wire on my psu). so, my question is, do i just wire it so both wires are coming from that slot on the power plug? or is there a better way to do this?

Not sure what kind of power supply you have but usually you would have a bunch of screw terminals marked with +5, -5, +12 so you unscrew the -5 terminal add your wire and tighten the screw back up.

If your psu has a white wire coming from where -5 should go then I guees you could strip the wire and attach it.

Not many games need -5 so thats why your Konami cab doesn't have it wired in

Yes, you can attach both wires to that white wire, although you probably only need to attach one as the two pads on the board are probably connected...
