Hey everyone, Finally had some time to finish up the drawings for the JB-1, JB-2 and the correct JB-3's (my first rev weren't perfect). Now that I'm about to order these. Is there any reason you might prefer the JB-1 JB-2 or JB-3? I personally never saw a reason to use anything but the JB-3 but i'm looking for feedback from others. Thanks.

Can you post some pics of the different types? I'm interested.

The same designations as JammaBoards.com ? If so, I prefer the JB-1 design for making adapters.

Yes these are 'clones' of the jammaboards.com design, Since the site is gone and sadly will never come back I went ahead and redid my favorite finger board design.

I haven't found a reason to use the JB-2 at all, so I am considering not paying for these to be made.

I actually have a JB-4 in the works with a breadboard area and a few prebuilt circuits such as a sync cleaner, audio amp, and a few others that aren't done yet.

I think it is awesome you are going to do a run of these, I used to buy those fingerboards all the time and have missed them. I'll be in for a handful once you have them ready to sell!

I have no idea what the differences are but just got some jb-1's from you and they are way better than the standard finger boards.

Would love to have something that supported adding audio amp for like Mr. Do adapters.

You mean like the ones I've been making for about 15 years?

Those are JB-3's I named them JB-1 since it was the first one I did but the next batch will have them relabeled JB-3 since thats what they are designed off of. Also There is a fix in the design to add a slot between pin 6 and 7 just like jammaboards.com use to do.

I am going to be doing proper JB-1s for sure. Probably passing on the JB-2 since I don't see the purpose for them. And the JB-4 protoboard version will be announced soon. Hopefully after all of this I can finish the draft for the AR2 harness and get that into production.

Mark, you have to actually sell things to have a say. Anyways, it takes like 30 minutes in altium to redo a jamma adapter, hardly worth having a staked claim in.

You're right, it isn't difficult to copy someone else's products... coming up with novel ideas that haven't been done before is what's interesting -- but apparently you wouldn't know much about that.

hahahah, please mark. It's too early.

First of all, your adapter doesn't look like anything I'm doing. If i'm guilty of copying anything its jammaboards and sadly that VALUABLE member of our community is no longer with us. go back to your hole and actually ship that omega race board.

Mark - just shut up. You make yourself look like a fool every time you post. You are so utterly predictable that I will admit, it's a bit entertaining seeing your name and then already knowing what will spew forth. Besides, your fingerboards have the same postage-stamp-rough-edge unprofessional look as the rest of your products.

Ian - my vote is for the JB-3 because it's pretty universal for any kind of adapter.

Holy crap Mark...

We all know you're a smart guy (being serious). Instead of being shitty about a product just stay out of it. It only makes you look like a dick.

I've personally bought stuff from you and they were great products. Leave it at that.

That said, Ian I looked on your site for JB-x and wasnt able to find anything. I'd love to see what youre selling.
