I asked a question to jammaboards.com why are you no longer selling 60 in 1 boards and here is the answer

Hi,

NAMCO BANDAI Games Inc 'requested' the 60-in-1 board to be removed from the website. Namco does not approve of the use of the games in the multigame board which is understandable. They are mainly concerned that people might think that they approved/released the 60-in-1 board. So I had taken that listing down to comply with them.

Best regards,

Tim Hensel

Namco defends their copyrights, this is a fairly well known fact within the collector community. Every once in a while they go on a spree and send out C&D letters to anyone carrying aftermarket reproductions with the exception of the authorized distributor (Two Bits, I think). The 60 in 1 (and almost all other multi boards) is a bootleg and always gets pursued by Namco.

TwoBits got the C&D when they tried to sell the 16in1, but they still have the artwork license...

That's funny. I doubt they make much off of the license, but why risk it by selling known bootlegs?

What even funnier is that their artwork stock is almost gone, and they might not be replenishing. I hope that means their license is ending.

Also, the Super ABC is still on their front page for sale at 239.00

Bold of them.

And no one has reported them? :D

They don't have (or sell) them anyway. Besides, I think one of their "dianostic" kits they sell has the Super ABC name, not the multi-pac kit...

Has their artwork license not already ended? If not, how is it that one of our most respectable art makers is offering Galaga and Pac stuff now?

I don't know, but I know that some not-so-respectable vendors aren't too picky about licensing and copyrights...
