I don't think such exists, but maybe I've missed it...

Is there any type of adapter that allows you to run JAMMA boards in a Nintendo cab (without mucking up the original wiring)?

Not really... pretty much the same circuit as nintendo boards in a JAMMA cab (inverter), but it's a MUCH smaller potential market so nobody's really jumped on it...

I made these boards I have back in 2005 for a guy who wanted to put xxx-in-1 boards in nintendo cabs, but was too busy to fool with them when I got them back, and they've been sitting ever since.

The one I built up worked nicely with a Jamma board plugged into a the Jamma->Nintendo adapter, plugged into a Nintendo->Jamma adapter on my test bench... but when I went to test them I found out all my nintendos had the 'little connector' harnesses, snd couldn't do anything more with them until I made the little connector to edge connector adapters last year... heh.

I would also like a jamma adapter for a Nintendo cabinet. it would be nice to put a 48-in1 board in a DK cab without damaging the cab w/ a rewire. if anyone finds or makes these, put me on the list cause i'd certainly pick one up.

Mark just so yuou remember I asked you about something like this several months ago via pm.
I would love one 2.

A while back I picked up a DK cab that had a Nintendo harness to Konami adapter in it. Just for kicks, I bought a Konami cab to JAMMA cab adapter for $10 and threw it on there. It works perfectly. I can now use a 48-in-1 as backup in case either of my Nintendo boards bite the dust. I'll try to snap a pic of the setup an put it up here.

Bump,

Mark I know what it is like to be moving but there are a lot of people out there that want one of these. I could use 2 of them for friends of mine that i refuse to hack up there nintendo cabs.
