Jail Break is a great arcade game and one of my all time favorites! And that easter of the woman with boobies pointing to the sky is awesome!! Beautiful boobies 
This easter only happens in the japanese version of Gladiator, called Ohgon No Siro (aka Great Gurianos). And you have to remove some parts of her tops before nailing her with a strike in her belly. So she won't die and will sit on the floor with naked boobies, watching you going away. Pretty sexy

Think about the genius behind this. Put in a topless girl but make it a hidden thing and since the graphics at the time were not HD if anyone ever complained deny. Have word leak out through the old BBS systems and word of mouth that you could see boobies and watch thousands of teenage boys spend quarter after quarter trying to see it.
