just picked up a jail break in a joust cabinet. CP has been drilled out and what not for the jail break controls. not working right now, monitor comes on and I get a loud electronic drone sounding. looks like its the joust power supply and sound board, with the jail break PCB on the door. not sure how this was rigged up. Ive seen the conversion kits for sale, wondering if they had instructions on how to set it up in a williams cab like this one. if so, would be great to know what was done exactly. still a beginner at this sort of thing. I'll get it all cleaned up (its dirty as hell right now, literally an inch of dust on the bottom of the cab) and then post some pics. any help would be greatly appreciated, especially if you have experience with this particular game in this particular cabinet. also, anyone with a good working jail break PCB for sale cheap, or a new CP overlay or side art also for cheap let me know! ive given up on turning it back into a joust, dont have the money for the boards or the time to do all the work required, but would rather keep it a jail break than strip it all out and mame it or something (mame=lame).
