Title says it all, I've officially lost my mind. I've got a Tron marquee boxed up, ready to ship it to Jeff Bridges to get it signed (90% sure this will work). I've also got a wrestlefest which I'm going to get signed by all the guys on it who are still alive. Now if only I had a few grand, I could get a NOES pin. I've got a backlight signed by Robert Englund coming in the mail (I'll have a scan up in the next week or so). Anyone else ever do this? Would anyone else to?

Great idea. Would be a fun talking point when people come over.

Someone here got their ST marquee signed in person at a convention by Kirk and Spock. Awesome.

Richie Knucklez had Keith sign his Neo Geo marquee while he was on tour at his shop.

My brother in law used to know Robert Englund and for what he says he sounds like a nice guy, he'd probably get a major kick out of autographing it if it were possible.

it's possible. I've already got it coming (he actually sells them on his website for 150). I just wish I had a pin to put it on lol

I like the idea. I was going to do the same, but collect the signatures of the game creators instead. Shigeru Miyamoto on a Donkey Kong marquee, Yoshiki Okamoto on a Time Pilot marquee, Eugene Jarvis on Robotron, etc.

I'd prefer a Tron marquee autographed by Bill Adams, even though that'd be less interesting to the non-arcade rabble.

The only sig I would want is Elvira's.

Was it Dokert that got his Elvira translite signed back a few months ago? I remember the thread, sort of. She was doing a meet and greet somewhere.

There recently appeared at the bowling alley, an Elvira and The Party Monsters. I had never played it but I am getting into it. Its a fun pin but the sound is too quiet. Its hard to hear the voice.

I'm always surprised that folks aren't more interested in the folks that made the games. I guess since I make games now that is no surprise. :)

I met Miyamoto at the Game Developers' Conference in '99. I wish I had thought to take a picture with him! I took a picture of a coworker with him instead.

Well unfortunately, 99.9% of my friends aren't going to be impressed by one signed by the game's developer. And, if I ever do have to sell, odds are it'll be to some rube on Craigslist who I can mark it up 100000x to because of the autograph lol

I met Eugene last year at the Midwest Gaming Classic show, and he was more than happy to sign my Robotron marquee (I knew he was going to be there, so I brought it along)

Go for the Trifecta. Get Bill, Jeff and Bruce Boxleitner to sign. :)

Yeah I agree 100% I've always wanted to meet many developers from Midway, capcom and Namco. Would also love to interview them and find out the back stories to how these old games came about and such. What games do you make?

Make sure someone gets a pic of the dude signing, otherwise it's meaningless, only a story that no one can confirm.

I want Linda Hamilton, Arnold and Rob patrick to sign my T2 marquee and glass.
