I finally completed my TMNT restoration today! It started it's life as a TMNT and was then converted to a Golden Tee '99 (eww). I rescued it at the last Grandview auction and started changing it back to a TMNT.

Here's one last pic, in stealth mode. :p

I want to thank everyone who helped me get this done. All of you who sold me parts or gave me advice or whatever else, thanks!

Nice! Repro side art or NOS? Also, did you paint the sides or use a clear-coat prior to the side art application?

Repro art. Can't say enough good things about Scott at Game on Grafix. The first set of side art I got was not the right size and he didn't hesitate to print up a new set and send it out. I coated each side with a quick dry poly before applying it.

Also, check out this sweet keychain I got from Jonathan!

Very nice to see it back as a TMNT. I remember playing it when it came out. The Turtles were a huge deal back then.

Sweet! Those stickers make the game look sharp and complete. I'm glad I was able to help you out, they were just sitting out in the garage for like 5+ years. The cab now looks 100 times better then when you first bought it. Good work man, now I need to get out in the garage and start working on my empty Frogger cabinet that's been sitting for over 2 years. I need to continue my search for the art for it.

Oh, Capt America forgot about that one, for sure. No X-Men, as I'm not drilling holes for 3 buttons.

LOL you don't need to drill anything, there is a 4 player version of X-men.

I have been thinking about buying this one from a local op, but he wants too much, and if I am going to get X-men is should be the 6 player:

4 Player

Here is video from the 4 player version, it is the same as the 6 player, except you can select your character (so you have all 6 characters) and it uses on one screen.

Looks great Ghost, you did an awesome job at restoration! I'm almost done with mine too. Just waiting for my CPO and I'll be set.

I think what Ghost means is that TMNT only has two buttons (jump/attack) per player and X-men has three (jump/attack/mutant power) so he would have to drill a third hole in the CP for the extra button to play X-men.
