It's generally bad when a PCB catches on fire, right? DK up in flames.

Those voltages are fine. The question is.....are those voltages making it to the motherboard?

Edward

Well, I'm not so sure the voltages are fine.. I dropped the voltage in the upright to 5.12 and it seems to be playing 100% fine. I'll leave it for a bit and give it a better stress test to see if I can get it to freak out.. but right now I'm running under the assumption that the voltage was too high for this particular board set. I may not have mentioned in this thread, but Mario was randomly warping to the top very infrequently even before I swapped the sound amp wiring around. It's just become more frequent and with other issues since I fried those components.

5.2VDC on the 5 volt rail is totally acceptable...12.18 and -5.2 are also fine for those rails.
