Dig Dug flyer supposedly, but it's called Orion. And the screenshot insists it's level 3 but it has the pepper that doesn't appear until much later. And where the lives should be shown, a Fygar is chasing a Pooka.

WAIT, WHAAAAAAAAAAAT!?

Someone please explain this to me. My feeble Dig Dug fanboy mind can't take this kind of confusion. And I don't speak German either.

It looks to me like it is just a German version of the game produced by some other company.....

Yeah, it says "Orion Dig-Dug" on the front of the flyer - I'm betting Orion is the company that licensed it in Germany. Or rather, West Germany, given the time frame we're talking about.

Actually the company is called Electron Games G. Reichert. Orion seems to be the name of the line of generic cabs they produced.
Many games came in generic cabs in Germany (and supposedly other european countries) as importing complete cabs from USA or Japan was way too expensive. There were quite a lot of german manufacturers who built generic cabs. Some even put out licensed games in them (like this Dig Dug).

I'm guessing it's just a mockup. Also, the bottom, I think it's just cropped to not show the bottom row where the number of lives are.
