iTrader multiple negative policy implimented today.
Effective immediately, both moving forward and retroactively, no single user is allowed to give any other user more than 2 negative feedback ratings, regardless of the amount of transactions 'gone bad' between them.
There is one pair of our users that had left a half a dozen negatives ratings each for the other. I deleted all but one each today, meaning they can leave each other a second one (but no more) if they so desire.
Additionally, language that might be considered obscene by some such not be included in the rating--it isn't a free speech zone. Additionally, it isn't very helpful. Calling someone else names isn't nearly as useful to third parties as explaining why you are unhappy.
