Haha man, one of the games I really want. Congrats man that's a hell of a deal. I'm jellin'. :D

So ..have you plugged them in..do they work or show any signs of life?

This makes 26 cabinets. I need to trim the herd.

Well if you wanted to toss that area 51 to me I wouldn't be opposed :D

Back on topic, yea pretty much gonna say you're one lucky bastard. No other way of putting it.

These were never in the dump, but in the shed at the transfer station overnight.

The guy called the station to see if he could drop them off as part of the free electronics recycling program.

The director at the station called me and said a guy is doing off two pinball machines and do I want them?

I said yes figuring they were some junky old em pins, but knowing that you don't pass up on stuff like this, cause the sight unseen deals are always the best.

I haven't plugged them in yet, they are in the barn until I can get them in the basement this weekend.

Haha nice, glad they weren't "recycled".

Very nice! Of course it would be the really nice and clean cabinets that get thown away while people still try to sell their water damaged ones.

The sight unseen deals seem to be an extreme one way or the other..you'll either be really happy with what you find, or very disappointed. Looks like this went really well.

This makes 4 free games in this year!

I got a really nice dkjr and space invaders too.

The jr needed a cap kit and side art, and the si i got working after i rebuilt the power supply.

Well now. Merry effin' Christmas to you too!

Good grief, between the #1 Serial Q-Bert and this thread (among others this fall) it appears that some folks around here have some golden horse shoes up your butts lately.

Nice grabs. Man, those cabs are money in the bank if you can get them working. Especially the MK4.

At the very least you've funded your hobby for a bit longer. At most, you've added some cool JAMMA titles to your collection.
