I have what I have heard referred to as "arcing" near the flyback.

When looking at the chassis from the perspective of the pictures I have taken, when the game is turned on there is a little spark just to the right of the flyback occurring on a pin that sits horizontally on the chassis.

New flyback fix this?

I should mention.... the issue that happens is simply a roll of the screen each time the spark occurrs. On certain occasions it happens a lot, on other occasions I can play 18 holes without this happening.

Probably. That pic is blurry. Is the spark coming from the flyback? If so, replace it.

And since you're new, I'll tell you this should be posted in the monitor section....

lmao, yeah,
do we have a monitor section?

There is a grey-ish diode you can see just right of the flyback, below it on the chassis are a couple of metal pins.

The one of them closest to the flyback is arcing towards the flyback.

Actually, that's the flyback arcing to that pin. Check the flyback where you see the arc and you'll probably see a little hole or crack...
