I posted in the monitor section as this is where the issue began...But now it seems that i'm getting no power to the monitor from the IT...The DKJR cab (converting to DK) has no PS in it but it does have the IT still wired up...I've never dealt with these cabs before so am looking for some help.

I plug the sanyo monitor into the plugs at the bottom of the cab, power up the cab and nothing...I check the fuse and the interlock and it seems ok...

Also, on the monitor there are 2 cut wires...I think those may be for the speaker though?
Any ideas?

Stick your meter probes in that plug outlet....and see what it's outputting. It should be 100VAC. If that's there...then the isolation transformer is good.

And yes, that small transformer in the monitor (picture 2) is for the speaker.
