Is VIEWPOINT That Rare?

Is Viewpoint so rare on Neo-Geo that it warrants a $669 price tag?

It's a great game for sure (I play it in MAME) but $669??
Two things going on there:
1. That's an older game, and a pretty desirable one. Therefore, a kit goes for significantly more than a loose cartridge. (A loose cart is probably worth a minimum of $100, and maybe as much as $150)

2. The seller is none other than Kennyboy/KPJ (just a different name on eBay) - he sells EVERYTHING at twice the going rate, or tries to at least. Case in two (other rare Neo MVS) points-
-Pleasuregoal - I bought mine for just under $200 with a legitimate label, I believe; he was asking nearly $400 for one with a fake label
-Twinkle Star Sprites - AWESOME game, very desirable, and frequently sells in a matter of minutes when listed on forums for a minimum of $150 and a max of just over $200. He's had one sitting on eBay for maybe $350 or so for quite a while.
He also sells consolized MVS systems for about twice the going rate, though he does do top-notch work.

Anyhow, as for that kit, I've seen the same one go for something in the $200 range a few times. Heck, I may have seen that particular kit sell for less than $300 before.

Neo collectors can be crazy. That one is complete.

Number 7 and 8 on this list are Neo carts:

Not the same; that's referring to European Neo Geo home system cartridges, in mint condition - Kizuna is like a $75 game on Neo MVS, and Metal Slug is like a $40 game

That's beautiful and complete, but ultra pricey! Sheesh!
Yeeeah, that's at least double what it should be.

I even told a friend about it that has been looking for a Viewpoint for a while, and he laughed and said the guy was out of his mind for selling that high.
