Really?..it looks straight to me...and what is that leaf switch below it?..what does that go to?

Well, I meant yours looks bent. I don't have a Space Shuttle but I found that picture with a Google search for a Space Shuttle pin. I noticed the other switch which yours don't have, not sure what thats about but sometimes pins have slight different versions.

the loose switch should be attached to the ramp at the exit of the turnaround, way back corner of ramp. It mounts under the ramp. Its the completed ramp switch. It should have a connector that allows it to remain attached to the ramp when the ramp is removed. No reason to take it off the ramp when pulling the ramp out. There is also a wire on the ramp that will trigger that switch. http://www.ipdb.org/showpic.pl?id=2260&picno=15273 you can see the bracket that holds the wireform that triggers the switch in this pic. If thats not connected you will never get a jackpot or multiball to start.

yes you bent it, just straighter it back up and leave a small gap between the contact,
