I.ve got a total of 2 TMNT boards. Both are 100 percent functional, the problem .I'm having is that when you coin up the game one you can hit jump or punch and the game starts while the other you coin up and you have to select the start button for the game to begin. I don't want to have to press start to begin the game so can someone tell me why this is happening. I also checked the dip switch settings from the manual and there is no reference to how to change this.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

sounds like one is set to free play and the other is not.

TMNT has no free play mode.

Very strange shawn, since TMNT has no start button by default...could it be something with how the boards are wired up?

No. Neither board is set for free play. Its just one you can press the fight/jump button while the other requires to use a start button.

are there any jumpers on one board that are not on the other? Looking at this a different way I suppose it's possible to wire the start button on the cab to the jump/attack button so when you press that button it is basically pushing the player 1 select button. There might be jumpers you could add to the board that would basically do the same thing just at the board rather than at your cp.
