Is this Capcom Bowling cabinet a Pacman cab?

Was moving this Capcom Bowling cabinet around and noticed a bit of yellow showing on the back. Noticed the Midway/ Namco plate on the back, also the serial number of 4768.

To me it looks like a Pacman cab, except:
-the coin door is slightly more to the left (probably to accommodate the ticket dispenser)
-the sides have been cut in

I'm thinking too far gone, but just thought it was funny I didn't notice it before.

Yep, I think there was a template to cut Pac cabs like that for Capcom Bowling conversions, as I've seen that exact profile a few times before.

I've even got a matching custom bezel for the Coors Light roms:

Yeah, I am pretty sure I have seen something in regards to a template to cut out the sides. This one however, I would say was either a Ms. Pac or a Galaga. The front of the marquee area is pretty flat and there are the 4 mounts below the coin door for the coin basket. But there is yellow in the last 2 pics....

That coin door looks offset, was there a pac cab that had the coin door like that?

This is a little odd though. I guess they could have cut a new front panel. No Midway game came in that shape of a cab with an offset coin door. It looks like a redemption ticket dispenser.
