Tested and getting a red screen, so not sure which version of Street Fighter this board set is.

Battery tests find at 3.6v.

Also never seen a Capcom board with the two big empty connectors on the B board. What are they there for?

Super Street Fighter 2 New Challengers US (blue) CPS2 A+B set, red screen is suicide screen most likely, either install one of the decrypted ROM sets or revive the board with the new method that was recently released by Arcade Hacker and a new battery and it should be fine :)

Edit: The 2 big connectors on the top area for daughterboards for the games that needed the extra ROM space, your Super Street Fighter 2 uses one of them as you can see, Super Street Fighter 2 Turbo uses both.

The other one is for the link board only ever used by Super Street Fighter 2 Tournament Battle, you need 4 of the PCBs with those link boards and you can have 4 cabs linked up and play a round robin tournament, it's pretty cool.
