Is this a PCB issue or a monitor issue?

Thanks. I'll have to dig out my spare Centipede board. Of course, it's stored inside the other machine, and I'll have to move some cabinets to get to it. :(
 
I think vertical collapse too. I've never had that on a G07 though so I don't know where to start there. lol. most obvious would be the yoke header.

you got another nearby game you could jack in?
 
Almost certainly a monitor issue... looks like vertical collapse, which seems to try to correct itself (but then collapses again). I've never seen that specific problem on a G07, but I'd definitely check the vertical output section (400s, particularly the transistors), and possibly IC501.

cap kit, reflow, if noise is from flyback replace it and personally on a G07 i would replace it period. check the FR401 for rotted legs.
