Is this a good deal?

I am personally in the minority who have no love for this game, but I usually see these go for a good chunk of change. I'd say you got a pretty good deal on it.

The minority for sure. I love Afterburner and that is quite a good deal. Enjoy!

thanks

just getting in to the hobby lets see 1 month now I have 4 games have 1400 square feet to play with though lol! Thanks i was going off the rule of thumb someone said to find games 150 to 200 dollar range is this accurate?

I sold mine with no side art for $225 so I think you got an excellent deal. I'll agree with the post above though as I have no love for the game. I picked it up locally for a good price and played one game and got rid of it as soon as I could.

no love

I too have no love for it,.
I sold mine (minty) for $500
But i price most my stuff high (was asking $600) on Craigslist, because while 99 out of 100 looking at the ad laugh and are collectors, there is always that one guy who will pay the $500,.
But as for the price you paid, granted condition is solid,.you did very well.

Looks like a great deal to me. I would like to pick up one of these someday...hopefully for what you paid for it.

The way I see it is that it's a good deal if you will feel better after buying it than you did before. It doesn't really matter the price, the deal is, will that machine for that much money make you happy... Some people here spend stupid amounts on games I can't fathom owning, while others pick up steals and bitch about how it didn't have this or that....

Bottom line, money can't buy happiness, but it can buy an arcade cabinet, arcade cabinets can bring happiness, so if you can use this convert money to happiness.....it's a good buy :)
