is this a converted Major Havoc?

the others do not have a flat CP but it slopes up to accomodate the flight yoke (Return and Firefox) or hall effect stick (I, Robot.) the vertical panel above the CP (where it looks like a speaker may fit) does not exist in any other cabinet that i can find.

no Wow! about it. happened all the time, unfortunately.

the cost to covert that back might not be horrible if you can source the wiring harness; probably would want to use a Space Duel harness with a conversion board to keep costs down. the repro rollers are out there too. if the side art can be saved then the only other big expense would be the monitor.

Would be cheaper to build a new one, than it would be to blow 1500 on a willow:eek: Would love to hunt down the operator that converted that, and give him a swift kick in the nuts....

Yes that is a MH cabinet. Not a Firefox, ROTJ, nor I,Robot. Could be a nice score if the seller wasn't smoking on Willows crack pipe.

Well, at least the cabinet looks to be in good shape. The cost of an Amp, MH board set, and everything else would make this one hell of a project. But if you wanted it bad enough and the seller was willing to come down to a reasonable price, it could be done. I'd be curious to see if the serial # tag is still there too.

I have a Star Wars cockpit project, and it was converted to a Roadblaster... I already located a harness, yoke, monitor, and just about everything else, so even though it's not easy, you can do it.

Here's the pics so they are preserved here:

Isn't Willow a pretty expensive PCB/kit on its own, or am I remembering wrong?

If it wasn't clear across the country I'd offer him $300 and pick it up. I have pretty much all the parts to restore it. Still waiting on Dokert for the full harness though.
