Is there a way to connect RCA to an arcade monitor?

Specifically a NES to a Sanyo 20-EZ?

I want to play my NES games in my Nintendo Vs. cabinet. How can I hook RCA in to a Sanyo 20-EZ monitor?

RCA is the name of the connector. The correct name of the video signal you're referring to is composite video.

There's a number of composite to RGB converters available, all of which will result in poor picture quality. A much better option would be to do an RGB mod on the NES.

Many people have done the RGB mod but its really difficult to secure parts.

Clay may be working on another multi game board based on the ArcadeSD but instead it would support NES, VS and PlayChoice ROMs in a VGA, CGA setting. I'm sure he'll also include some sort of inverted video option for the Sanyo monitors. This will be a much better solution for you down the road.

I myself am really looking forward to it. Even if you got a NES in RGB mode it would be single game unless you got the $135 powerpak cart. You've still got to contend with hacking controllers for inputs.
