While driving home last night with my newly acquired 3-KOAM angled back cabinet I passed something familiar in someone's trash. The first time I passed it, I thought it was a 19" console TV. When I stopped to check it out I found I was looking at a 25" console TV. So, at midnight last night I loaded a console TV in my van...by myself. NOT the smartest thing I've done! In the daylight today I see I actually picked up a Mitsubishi 26" console TV. Now I'm kind of bummed because I thought I may have scored a tube doner for my 25" K7000 with a scratched tube.

The Mitsubishi TV model number is Ck-2604R, and the tube number is A66JPP11X.

Is there anything I can do with this tube? Did I just pick up something I need to trash?

I see this tube is listed as having a CR23 connector, which should be the same as my K7000. If the yokes meter out close enough can I use this 26" tube in place of my 25" K7000 tube?

Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

26" were used in Daytona's and Operation Thunderbolts I believe.

My OT has a 25" in it. You might be able to squeeze a 26" in there if the frame is the same size from a mounting stand point. (The monitor face up with a mirror, not sure if that would make it easier or harder.)
