Is jammaboards.com still in business? Any way to get in touch with them?

Decided to dispute the case today and my money was refunded by the seller a hour later. I hope he gets better. I would still like to shop with him but waiting over month and with no replies. I had to do something.

I ordered a Konami to Jamma adapter on May 27th and had heard nothing until today. I decided to call the number on the order confirmation email and got a voicemail that said you should email with any inquiries. I sent an email asking the status of my order and within a few hours got an email saying that my order had been shipped.

Looks like my wait is about over to get my Yie Ar Kung Fu working!

So based on the stories in this thread, he withholds items until inquiry. How is this acceptable? He either A) forgets he's running a business after taking the money, or B) takes your money and hopes you forget.

The reality probably is that he is always playing catchup on his order load and when he does get an inquiry he takes the approach of "putting out the fires". But yes, I think the best way to get your order from jammaboards quicker is to nag them.

Vegas man... no problem with slow turnaround. Just don't take payment up front then. It's not like he's building to order. And if he is, where's the notice?

He is seems like a one man band, as he answers all the questions on his site himself... The fact that he is constantly running out of stuff, and then getting more in stock later means most likely that he does a ton of volume... But probably not enough to warrant hiring employees... All assumptions I know, but my guess is that he just can't keep up. So far I haven't heard anyone say they have been ripped off and ... So he gets the benefit of my doubts....

it takes time for his stuff but i was happy when i got my pandora 3 so just takes lil longer than ussusal

Did you send an email to: [email protected]

That's exactly what I did today, it's been 2 months since I've heard anything from them on my jamma adapter. Hopefully sending an email will prompt an action... sigh

*** update ***

Ordered: 4-17-2015
Received: 6-25-2015

Finally. A simple jamma adapter took 2+ months to ship (sigh) but finally arrived! yay!
