Is jammaboards.com still in business? Any way to get in touch with them?

ive heard nothing from them, so i asked them where my order was through paypal.

if they dont have it, that's fine. just refund my money, and let me move on.

I had a repair customer tell me today that he ordered a board from them well over a month ago and they aren't responding to his emails.

Ok, just to recap what I have done so far to find out where/when I should expect to see my order.

Sent 3 messages from the web form on the jammaboards.com website after about 2 weeks of my order status saying "In-Process" (whatever that means).

Called the phone number on the website that has a voicemail that says fill out a form on the website. (run around #2)

Emailed Tim based on the post on this thread. No return email. Crickets ....

Website still has "In-Process" since April 4, 2015 (1 month and 4 days later)

I'm not sure what I'm going to do. Is there a statute of limitations on asking for your money back via PayPal? I gave them close to $500 US (which is 20% more in Canadian green backs these days!). I usually order in bulk to make my shipping dollars go further, but now I'm worried that I just flushed it down the toilet. My gut says that it will come eventually, but at what point do I really get scared that I have been taken to the cleaners?

Tim .... email me and make me a believer!

Ebay

You can try and reach him on Ebay as well. I think his name is blinkerball. He is usually quick to respond on there.

Edit: Checked my feedback and it's binkerball not blinkerball.

I bought stuff May 5 and I hope I am not left holding the bag. Knew this was an issue but was not sure where else to turn for the parts I needed.

Just out of curiosity... what parts did you order that you couldn't find elsewhere?

Ok, just wanted to send this update. Not sure if the ebay connection had anything to do with this, but earlier this week I sent a message to binkerball via ebay messaging and next thing I know my orders are on their way. Just so you know I didn't order via ebay, I order directly from their website. I received an email "form" response from stamps.com and not personal message, but it has a tracking number which makes me very happy! So, as mentioned before, bad ... no ... zero communication made this a poor customer experience, but in the end I just had to be patient for my stuff. It's been 1 month and 3 weeks, but now I know my stuff is sitting in some warehouse waiting for the next stage of delivery. In conclusion, Jammaboards.com is still in business, and are slow to delivery certain things (my buddy got a 60 in 1 in a week), but an improvement in their communication could have resolved this thread all together!

Thanks for the update.

Maybe I should contact them via ebay?

[Edit] Contacted Tim via ebay with my order number, although I ordered via the website, and had an email back within the hour saying that my shipment will go out today.

Another update.... when I originally ordered (2 separate orders, minutes apart) I added a note to my second order (April 4th) telling them that I messed up I would like to combine the orders to possibly save some of the shipping costs. Low and behold .... that almost 2 month old question was answered today and they refunded some of the shipping cost via PayPal. Now I really feel like an arse!!! Sorry for doubting you Jammaboards.com!

So that makes it ok? If I had 0% confidence in them before, I might have 5% now.

It doesn't make it OK, but my money isn't gone and I'm getting what I wanted in the first place. The communication is definitely lacking and should be shored up (hire a summer student to keep track of things?). I don't mind waiting, but my biggest fear was that I was duped and that's not the case. The only thing that was missing is the email or web post that said "Hey, some of these thing are made by hand and thus its gonna take me a while to build these". I would have been happy with that.

You won't get duped and they won't steal your money.

Shipping is sometimes extremely slow and communications are poor. But you will eventually get your stuff.
