Just curious if you could clean a PCB, I purchased a Ninja Gaiden PCB and at certain spots you'd see a graphic flicker like on an NES game so I was curious if there was a way to fix it.

not really since NES games you could clean the contacts, but for the playchoice games they are actually pins. What you might want to try is remove the socketed chips on the game and clean the pins with iso pro alcohol and re-seat them.

I'm not a playchoice expert but I believe each game has 2 socketed chips. 1 for sound, and 1 for video. so cleaning the pins and re-seating them may fix little glitches like that.

You can pull the chips out and clean up the contacts on them, and the sockets. I usually use a tooth brush and some electronic component cleaner (radio shack has it)

You can also clean the sockets the game sits in on the main PCB that way, and the pins on the game card, too.
