That cab was made by Glak, so maybe Glak just had one generic cab for all their weird games? It does have the maze graphic, plus the weird nymph-like things that are on the Ladybug bezel.
Understand this is poking fun, but this is spot on. I assume it was the nature of the operator / buyer for these games - they didn't give AF about how the cabs looked, just wanted Mr. Do or Ladybug for a cheap price. The artwork is commonly mixed and matched on these cabinets...
Although - that speculation about purchasing known winners falls flat when you look at some of the cabs that you think could have never reasonably been popular. (Devil Fish, Red Clash, etc.)
