I have a Missile Command Cabaret that I picked up long ago that was gutted. I believe it originally had a Matsushita 14" monitor in it. Is that monitor really 1 inch bigger than the typical 13" cocktail monitors or do they measure the screen size differently?

Japanese measure their tubes from the outside edges diagonally. Americans measure their tubes based on the viewable area.

This is why you will see a Sanyo 20EZ which is actually a 19" monitor...

I thought it might be something like that. Thanks!
