MMAO - Parts: IRobot pcb video board

I don't care that he found out my bidder info. That's ok. I'm not a shill bidder or anything I just buy a lot of things from all auctions. some things to use in my route, some to sell to customers and clients like power supplies etc, and some to resell in general. If I see something I think is a good deal I'll take a chance and try to resell it. It's hard to keep arcades open when they are your only source of income so I have to get games cheap to fix up and resell. I have to jump on good deals / auctions since buying most parts new would put me out of business lol.

Nothing wrong with this at all. I'm sure you aren't one of the shillers. But they are out there. There were plenty of stupid items people bid up, never picked up, and were allowed to bid on those items again and again. A friend of mine even confronted the boss man of biddergy with the info I gathered, and he ended up giving him a free rush with delievery as sort of hush money. I was upset for my friend because I seen one of these shills bid up a boxing game, driving up the price my buddy had to pay. In the end, THAT is wrong

Unfortunately, it's not ebay so shill bidding is going to happen with no repercussions. Repomax doesn't even discourage this, they openly state in the terms and conditions that sellers, thier agents, or Repomax themselves are allowed to bid on the items to "protect thier investment".

Very true. I knew this for awhile now, but just wanted to inform others of this as well.

My mistake was not doing ENOUGH research too and bad memory. I checked for a picture of the board and here's what I got. http://www.gamesdatabase.org/media/arcade/artwork-pcb/i-robot

Looks same as what I have haha.

Its already been established you have an I, Robot video PCB. Why post a picture of it and then saying "looks like what I have haha"

Especially the haha part.

Its still an incomplete PCB. If you can find the CPU board to go with it, then it'll be one of your good scores, even untested.

Because my point was I looked before posting to see if my recollection of it being a single board was correct; and that picture was the only one I found online. The laughter is because I have a sense of humor that the only picture I found before posting here also only had the video board. It's kinda like haha that's my luck. That's all. I was explaining myself as I am not here to cheat anyone or even have that thought in anyone's mind. That's all.

+1 kudos, thanks for the explanation edx2x

The video board does have the hard to find custom ICY chip for I, Robot video.

Are you selling the board regardless of whether you locate the CPU board?

I have had some offers and will sell it separately. I am going to look through my boxes I bought and going back Monday as well to see if i can find the other half. I don't see why I can't. Obviously if someone works a deal for this half they have first dibs on the other half.

Did he just say how much the seller bought it for, since he was upset he didn't win?

Lol. I don't care about the irobot video pcb at al...slightly care about the klov markup though...how's that?

It's a little different when I do this stuff for a living. I'm not in the hobby. It's my livelihood. I do operator buyouts and have even bought out distributors when they stopped selling parts. I import many semis and get a ton from US as well. If I see something I can make money on I have to as this is my business not my hobby.
