Intrest Check: Dedicated 6 in 1 Switcher for Dual Monitor Playchoice 10

I have to start off, this is really a project intended just for myself. I've been talking to a designer for a few months now. As such, with the development of this new Multi-Nintendo 4in1 Switcher by VectorLabs & GackAttack. I felt that it was prudient that I make it clear that I'm not associated with VectorLabs or GackAttack. Nor is my desire to step on any of their toes. If I have read their thread correctly. They will not be supporting the Dual Monitor PC-10. However, if they do plan on supporting it in the future. My project would become a moot point.

The intent of this project is to provide dedicated support for 6 DM PC-10 Boards only. So as to beable to play all the Playchoice games in one cabinet. Also for it to be very simple, just plug in and play. As the titles says this is to be a dedicated Switcher.

It will not be modular like VectorLabs / GackAttacks. If anything, it will look alot like the 6 in 1 switchers that you see, out there already. However, not as crapply made. I would also apperciate any input. As the ideas evolve I will post them here. This is what we've decided on so far.

What it will be:
It will be one board, designed to connect to the original wire harness
One board powered at a time.

What it wont be:
It will not be jamma compatiable.
It will not be modular

What were not sure of yet:
Compatiablity with Punch Out, Super Punch Out or Arm Wrestling.

What I would like to know is if anyone would be intrested in what I'm looking to build for myself.

If you make it compatible with Punch Out / Super Punch Out I'm in...

I miss Punch Out and want to get it back in my Super Punch Out cab.

pc multi switcher

I would love to have one of these! Was just thinking today if these were made yet because they are a must for a pc collector. No more changing cards. Please get this one going and keep me posted.

This idea has been scrapped, as it would be in direct competition with Vectorlab unit. I'd rather people support this guys that have all the work prity much done.

If you've followed his thread, they just need a few more people to commit and it will hopefully produced.
