I've a 21" intervideo CGA in one of my cabs that I've recently fixed. Needed a capkit and one of the legs of the flyback was corroded making crt heating intermittent. Anyways after finishing it all up and reassembling to finally get at least a semi-decent picture from the thing, there are three issues that remain:

Picture vibration: Picture shakes rapidly though not in an extreme manner for at least about 10 minutes or so from first switch on.

Picture distortion: The overall shape of the image is a trapezoid... shaped liek this:

The bottom of the image is about an inch wider overall then the upper edge, and the sides are not straight, but slightly curvaed invards.

Wash-out/colour: Shades of white that are not at full brightness tend to lean into a pink-ish shade, and whenever the full screen displays white or something bright enough, there's an about 1/2 inch wide washed-out dark line running from bottom nearly to the top of the image on the left hand side...

Any ideas?

Sorry for tossing in so many questions at once, but I'm trying to fix all my spare tubes/chassies so I can get rid of all the junkers and finally have some space in my shop :)

Okay apparently that little image thing did not work out... thing is, it actually looks as if the lower left corner of the image had been pulled towards the left by it's corner about an inch or so... (right side similar but not nearly as bad) no clues anyone ?
