Interstellar price check...

Probably doesn't sell enough to have a going rate. $1000 feels right and there was one on here 3 years ago for that.

If you put wheels on that thing it could be a Peoplemover from Logan's Run.

I would think that's worth $500 or less. But that's just a guess. For a few hundo you can't go wrong.

Laser collectors have little to no interest in that particular title. They get parted out for players. There was one for sale locally for well over a year at $100. I question whether it sold or was trashed. I assume the cockpit might fetch $200 if they are in fact worth double an upright, but again, they don't sell so double nothing is still nothing.

I've got a stand up that was converted, don't know why but one day I want to convert it back. I've got the MSX Palcom version and it's not the greatest game ever or anything. So I'm sure if I ever do get them project done it'll cost way more than its worth. I love laserdisc games myself though.

Yeah most of the lasergames don't seem to be worth much except Dragons Lair and Space Ace which are the most common. Plus they have ports on every system ever made pratically (the ps3 hd versions are good imo) so they'd be the last games I'd ever get.

Put if at $2k maybe 3 and see who/what comes out of the woodwork. And yeah post it up on the DLP forums.

Well, absolutely no one got excited about the $999 one listed on here a few years ago (seem to recall it actually looking nicer), so I really doubt it is multi-thousand dollar piece.

Seems like one of those games that's a toss up. It's rare enough that, if it's someone's grail, they'd pay through the nose when one shows up and possibly sell a kidney. On the other hand, to the average person it's an unknown game in a huge-ass cabinet that's hard to lug around, and my not be worth more than a few hundred. In these cases it's really hard to say for sure. Are you a laserdisc or cockpit collector? Do you have fond memories of it? If so I'd say an offer of 1k wouldn't be out of line, but otherwise I'd be cautious, it'd be a hard one to flip if you tire of it (or just don't like it once you actually play it) and need the space.

Im a laser game collector and Im NOT a fan of cockpits. Only Star Wars would be the only cockpit i would ever buy. That said, I think $300 - $500 would be the price i would put on a Interstellar cockpit. Most laser game collectors dont think to highly of Interstellar anyway.

What makes Interstellar THAT bad? Good monitor is $100, good laserdisk player is $100. Is the game SO BAD that it drags down even the most basic parts?
