I think the scams go a lot deeper than arcade dealings...

Excerpt from the 2008 article published by the Detroit Free Press:
Interesting indeed...The Web site is registered to a "Dave Bing" with a post office box in Canton and an e-mail address of [email protected]. The phone number listed for maxelll3752 is out of service.
Detroit entrepreneur Dave Bing, who urged the mayor to resign and is considering running for mayor himself, isn't believed to be involved. He couldn't be reached Sunday for comment.
A page of the Web site contains links to other Web sites registered to maxelll3752, including a get rich Internet marketing scheme, a gasoline raffle and a $69.99 build-it-yourself gizmo to reduce gasoline consumption. The gizmo appears to be built out of PVC pipe.
Other Web sites registered by maxelll3752 offer programs to teach people how to pick locks and trick vending machines into giving back change. Another Web site, www-detroitbikinicarwash-com [mclemore turned off link so it doesn't help his search engine rankings], offers to provide women in scanty swimsuits and high heels to work at carwash events.
