Ok... The fact is... No one has made these... So, I turned over the nice one from my Donkey Kong I just picked up and dropped it off to the fabricator I use. There are two styles... One shorter... and one the front lip is a little taller... Every Nintendo I've had "always" has the shorter lip (Donkey Kong, Donkey Kong Jr. x 2, Hogan's Ally Vs. Cabinet, etc.). But, I did and probably still have a really nice DK bezel with the slightly taller lip but cannot locate it.

At this time this interest thread is for the more common "shorter" version of the Lower Bezel Bracket.

I'd like to get an idea of numbers. I will be doing pre-orders as soon as Monday and then stocking some on my site based on interest.

If you don't know what I'm talking about... Here is an image I "borrowed" from another site but will get photos later.

I will give more details and pricing after I get the information from the fabricator. Depending on pricing I "hope" to have these powder coated.

Yea, this is something I would pick one or two up of if they are reproduced. Always seem to be the item missing.

You might also want to look at reproducing the L bracket for the PCB mount, and maybe fab it with two threaded holes for those that want to use both wooden slots for PCB sets.

I thought the reason these hadn't been reproduced is because the screen printed repro bezels are a different thickness than the originals and thus won't fit the bracket.

I'll triple check... But the originals were "slightly thicker" than the reproductions... And according to Rich @ TOG that's only because they were metric. The D2K bezels are "closer" but still slightly thinner... So, just need a strip of "foam weather stripping" for your reproduction bezel to fit a little snugger if you chose.

Could be as simple as that. That's just what Mike @ mikesarcade told me a while back.

Ok, here is pricing for the raw fabrication primed and sprayed (semi-gloss)... Due to the nature of the sharp bend the back piece will be tack welded. I will get him to make me a sample before taking prepayments.

$24 + shipping... I'm working on getting pricing for powder coating... The best I can do right now is $4 / each (my cost) and would be willing to do them at no mark up if need be... I'm talking with the fabricator to get pricing from his powder coater.

I don't need one at the moment...but just wanted to say thank u for getting these reproduced. I needed one awhile back and never did find one. It will be nice that others will now have a chance to get these. And the price is fair as well!

Received my sample(s) yesterday and very happy with the end results... End results being "it looks perfect when installed". Talking this over with my fabricator today to discuss.

As of right now here are the details...

- 2-piece construction
- Powder Coated
- $27.50 + Shipping

I'm in for one, possibly two. Need to check on the condition of one.
Thanks for doing this!
