Since you can't find the Lunar Lander Thruster cover by itself anywhere, we decided to make our own. These are 3d printed and then epoxy resin'd, sanded smooth and painted.

You can see some pictures here: https://flic.kr/s/aHBqjADjqQ.

We are thinking we can offer these shipped in the US for $100. Let us know if you would be interested in one. We would like to do between 10-20, we would rather not do one at a time.

Let me know if you have any questions.

Thanks, Mike

Maybe you could reach out to @Takeman who makes these.
He has all the parts.

Hey chips4sle... Why would you come on here and hijack someone else's post. If you're making something and wanting to sell it start your own thread. Mike started this to put something out there that he feels isn't available. Then you make some comment about something you're in the process of making. Kind of rude and ballsy in my opinion.

Put me down for one.

I dont need one BUT I do need that hard rubber/plastic piece that goes underneath the thruster...well, let me ask the question, under the cover is there a protective piece that is on the thruster so when you move thruster up and down it doesnt hit against metal underneath the cover? When I get home from work tonight I will take a pic of the thruster I have...im thinking there should be a rubber piece there. I was going to load it up with duct tape to simulate that rubber piece im THINKING should be there.
