A buddy picked up a Flash today real cheap. I'm guessing the reason it was cheap is that every single insert is dished, all of them!! Does anyone sell complete kits of inserts? Are they all even available? I see lots of beer drinking in the near future, replacing these things!!

Thank-You guys.

They are way to deep to clear coat/fill-in. some are 1/8" or better. Will it work that thick??

I have one of those kits that I used a few from but I would need a couple/few of the kits to get all the colors and shapes. I wonder if I ask Steve, if he will put something together for me???

I recently redid my firepower that had about 8 badly warped inserts.
I popped them out, held a torch to the underside (about 4 inches away) and waited until the plastic started to soften.
Then I bent them back straight, then glued them back in flush.
Works like a charm and costs zero dollars.

If you're talking about the arrow inserts in Flash (or rounded triangle), they don't exist. PBResource doesn't sell them nor ANYONE else. I've been looking for over a year and called every single pinball supply place with no luck.

If yours are warped do what I suggested 2 posts up. Works awesome for zero dollars.

I don't have any other recourse, so I will when the time comes. There are two though that are almost 45 degree bends so I was looking for some insurance (i.e. new inserts) before taking a chance.

How does that do with letters? My Aztec needs the inserts with the letters flattened, but I've been reluctant to fill or replace.

Unaffected. I did it from the bottom side of the insert.
You can use a heat gun too, I just had my torch closer to me at that particular moment in time. :D
