First off, let me make sure I'm talking about the right game here. I'm thinking of the one where it gives you a paper card that you store a saved game on. Can anyone confirm that Ver 2 has this?

Anyone own one of these? I'd love to get one, but I'm not sure if I could get it into my arcade room. I know the seats come off, but do the two machines separate from each other?

Anything else I should know before potentially buying one?

I had ID1/2/3 Running in my Crazy Taxi upright, I dont have a card reader attached, but I think ID2/3 gives you the card, similar to FZERO AX, they are stand alone cabinets I think and the seat comes off BUT the base does not, its part of the cabinet, and the base area is all metal and heavy! Its an okay game ID3 is best graphically, without the card reader then its very simplistic and dull, I prefer Crazy Taxi and JAmbo Safari, heck even 18 Wheeler is more fun than ID series IMO

at the last auction a Op wanted 1600 for a Pair of ID3 they did have one card reader, and the auction after than there was another ID3 but had messed up monitor and no card reader and he wanted 850 for the standalone. Im selling my CT upright with the games for $1k to give you a benchmark on price

Can anyone give me the envelope measurement of the unit completely disassembled? (footprint of the base and the overall height would be enough)

single cab would be about 74inches in length, width is about 45 inches and about 65 inches tall, and weighs in about 770lbs

Hope that helps

the length is one complete unit front to back in metal! you can remove the monitor part and seat so becomes one long rectangle

I'm trying to find out how big the main unit is with the chair removed (for moving purposes). Does anyone know?
