Indiana Jones flipper opto question

Hey all. So I've now gone through I think 3 of the type of flipper board on the left hand side of this picture this year so far.

Needless to say, I'm done with this board. A few places online have this one below for sale, but it doesnt have the metal strip on it that leans against the inside of the flipper button.

My question is, is this the board I want? And if so, how does it work without the metal strip leaning against the inner flipper button?

The board that's on the left side in the upper photo is the board that the machine came with when I bought it. The machine doesn't have a separate plastic piece that would take the place of the metal strip on my bad board. All the websites I can find with the board from the second pic don't seem to offer a substitute for the metal strip. Does anyone know of anywhere online I can buy the board in the second pic w/ the metal strip?

It means that whoever fitted the replacement boards threw away the original plastic part. Look in the parts book and order them from any pinball spares place
