Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom - Was it fun?

To me it's the best System 1 game but I'm a little biased. It's also great because there's no ending-another way to maximize score......
Agreed. It's the only system I game I'm likely to own. And agreed...I'm biased. I'm sure people are tired of the photo, but I like it. So here it is again.

I scored 600k+ once on the 3 man setting. But that was about a year ago. Haven't played it much since then. What happens with the idols after the rope bridge? Is there something after that, or is it collecting idol after idol, without end? I decided to take a break from it because that one screen seemed repetitive to me. (AND FRIGGIN HARD!) I never got back, but soon Kali Ma will (no longer) rule the world!

I think I gave $400 for mine, working without side art. And then I spent an extra $30 for an Atari logo stick to put in it. I was happy at the time and I still am. But I think $600 would be too much. Unless it had an extra "throw Willie off the rope bridge" level. That would be oh, so satisfying! :D
