I don't remember Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom from 1985. There is one for sale for $600 nearby but I dont remember the game. Wondering if it was a fun one?

I like it, I think it's the best System 1 after Marble Madness. I don't think $600 is such a good price though. Does it have the side art?

Can't really tell about the side art, but it does have a decent CPO and marquee.

It was $800 a couple of days ago... No one is going to spend $600 on a game like that unless it was a big name game.

Offer him $400 and make sure you mention the fact that you can get Donkey Kongs for $75 and PacMans for $100... so paying that much for Indiana Jones in generous. (Those prices are from our recent CL sellers... I ALMOST got that $75 DK... lol... soooo close).

I like the game. I used to play it a lot back in the day. I'm in the process of restoring one right now. It will be for sale when I'm done with it.

I agree with everyone else. It's a really fun game (and very challenging), but I wouldn't pay more than $400 for one.

I've always liked the game, but never really fell in love with it. And even though it was never on my short list, I wouldn't mind having one if I had the room to spare for it.

So, while it is a good game, I can't say it's $600 good.

As has been mentioned, somewhere around the $350 seems about right for one in "good" condition.

I own one. It is a pretty decent game. I feel it is 2nd best System1 after Road Runner of course. I would only pay up to $450 in this day and time though if in great condition with minor screen burn in. It is a though game and can be even frustrating if you play the Expert level.

I bought one from dj dns (great guy) for my son's 6th birthday. He's a big Indy fan and he loves the game. It is fairly difficult but the game play is fun enuff to keep playing without getting pissed off with it........usually. But it makes a great looking game to have in the collection. I always love hearing Mola Ram say "WELCOME" when I turn it on.

Last time I played it was in 1985 at Bullwinkles in Santa Clara . From what I can remember it was the greatest game ever but I was really young , I need to play it again .

To me it's the best System 1 game but I'm a little biased. A big knock on it was that it was hard but you get used to the difficuly after awhile. I'm going for the world record on it now... I usually score around the 2 million range with Tg settings... It's also great because there's no ending-another way to maximize score......

I just recently pieced mine together - its fun - love the lines from the movie!

Not sure what its worth - but I would say 4 hundred for sure

I like the game too, although the only place I've played it was at Funspot (when D_Harris wasn't playing it ;) ) I always play on the medium difficulty and can get to the statue stage, but usually the game ends quickly after that.

600 sounds like an opening bid at super auctions for that. I would wait until you found it for 200 or 300 hundred. The cab hasn't got any character, and if I recall it was just a kit... were there any dedicated cabs?

That game was alright... but certainly not 600 bucks alright. If you decide you don't like it enough to keep it your going to have a hella time selling it for even 350.00. But that is just my 2 bits.

600 bucks will buy a defender, joust, and if you shop right both. It would buy a pacman or a mrs. pac....

I just got a decent donkey kong for 375.. I will have it totally restored 600ish with the DK2 kit installed. You could find a good solid state pinball, or for a hundred more probably a nice Starwars upright.

someone needs to say it... unless your in love with that game...that is just too much. I am guessing that you were having doubts about the price prior to posting...

Again opinions are like nostrils everyone has them:cool: If it was me...I would maybe go 250-350 ....
