Just recently picked up a unknown taito boardset. All chips are labelled 1977 so would be around this era.

The boards are labelled as follows:
RDO 70003B
RDO 00003B

RDO 70002A
RDN 00002A

RDO70005
RDN00005

RDO70001A
RDN000001A

RDO70004B
RDN00004B

Does anyone know what these are?

regards Derek

Looks cool. Acording to KLOV, here's the list of Taito games from that year:

Barricade II Taito 1977 Videogame
Cisco 400 Taito 1977 Videogame
Cross Fire Taito 1977 Videogame
Fisco 400 Taito 1977 Videogame
Flying Fortress II Taito 1977 Videogame
Gunman Taito 1977 Videogame
Missile-X Taito 1977 Videogame
Safari Taito 1977 Videogame
Sub Hunter Taito 1977 Videogame
Super High-Way Taito 1977 Videogame
T.T Block Taito 1977 Videogame

Maybe that'll help narrow it down...

Thanks for the post DarrenF. These boards use discrete TTL so I can rule out a few of the CPU base boards. I guessing that even though the chips are dated 1977 it could have been released in 1978 as well. So guessing it is one of the following.

Cross Fire Taito 1977 Videogame
Fisco 400 Taito 1977 Videogame
Flying Fortress II Taito 1977 Videogame
Gunman Taito 1977 Videogame
Missile-X Taito 1977 Videogame
Super High-Way Taito 1977 Videogame
T.T Block Taito 1977 Videogame
TT. Tennis 1977
Road Champion (1978)
Super Block (1978)
Super Speed Race V (1978)
Top Bowler (1978)

I'd guess "Road Champion" based on the characters in the board labels, but I could be way off base.

Have to dig the boards out one day and do some work on them. Pretty sure you're right Stiletto the boards are Road Champion. Just need to find a manual and power supply board.
