I'm offically out of room! A few pic's of my games!

Well it took me all of 4 years to collect the games that were on my hit list.

I am officially out of room, and have everything I want. (so far........):001_sdrool:
I'll post some pic's when I have a chance, but here is my list of games in no particular order.

#1 My Mame Rig
(Mike's Arcade Machine Emulator) building this cab was the gateway drug that started me collecting. This was my first game, and will never ever leave my basement. It still gets the most play bar non of any other game in the basement.

#2 Mrs Pac-man
Built by Bret (dptwiz) here on the boards and stenciled by (jpopson)
Inside this beauty I have a 96 in 1 pac kit running on a original board and an arcadeshop multiboard, most of the time I leave the AS board plugged in, as I like multi use units.

#3 Original Donkey Kong
Big thanks to Michael aka ZUD for bringing this back guy with him from his trip to Minnesota. Saved me a trip up to Madison WI. This guy is in great shape 8 or 9 out of 10 with only a small scratch on the monitor bezel, The beautiful no burn monitor has been re-capped and I installed a AS High score save kit and DKII, besides my Mame cab this has been in my collection the longest.

#4 NBA of NBC Showtime / NFL Blitz Sportstation
Bought this non working according to the owner, when I was picking it up he showed me what was wrong, it fired up with a beautiful image on the med res monitor, hard drive boots, game selection screen is up and he says see, you can't start a game, (The COIN buttons were stuck by pop or some other unknown sticky fluid) I said, lets load her up.
When I was teasing my son's recently about selling it they both said NO!!!!!! we will buy it from you, post about that here http://forums.arcade-museum.com/showthread.php?t=179696 so needless to say I'll keep it till they are tired of it. This is my second Sportstation and this one is Great shape as well, 8 or 9 out 10 condition.

#5 Defender
This was a cab I bought from Darth Vadar (Danny in Wi) and delivered by Flynn54321, I had seen and read retroactives thread on BYOAC about his Multiwilliams and that was my inspiration for mine. I still need to finish my multi conrol panel but its playable as a dedicated Defender as it stands now, so when I get time I'll finish it.
This was sanded to wood and re stenciled.

#6 Strike and Spares Bowling by Gotlieb
This is absolutely one of the best drinking game EVER!
Very easy to approach by non-gamers and simple, who dosen't love bowling. Its been in my collection almost 3 years now, I never play by myself but its a great party game, so I keep it around as most of our guests love it.
Bought it cheap and fixed it up.

It's next on my restore list, I have new cpo's, pots, monitor, glass and some powder coating will make this look brand spanking new.

#10 Atari Space Duel,
I was searching for one of these recently and bought 2, the one I am keeping will become my multivector, don't worry I'll keep it an easy switch back and forth, it was bought from a gentleman who produced a sales reciept from March of 1984, its been HUO for the last 27 years, it looks brand new, its the best original condition SD I have ever seen.

#11 Atari Star Wars Upright
Picking the last piece to my gameroom tomorrow night, I have a ESB kit ordered and can't wait to install it.

Pic's to follow......

Amazing foresight to have that game on your hit list 4 years ago. :D

Makes me wonder, what stocks are you looking to buy? ;)

Ha! Well I've been threw a few pins over the last several years, I've had a Who Dunnit, HS2 Getaway, Shadow, Theatre of Magic, and a Gold Wings!

The Theatre of Magic was the one I wanted, I bought it fixed a few minor issues and it lasted less than 6 months at my house, I beat the game in 4 under weeks and the kids did not like it that much, If a game is not played much it is rotated out, I got a good deal on the IM and I glad I bought it, its a great complement to the LOTR.

My hit list is and was always changing ;)

I did however buy some Apple stock when it was 13.00 a share, I was following it up and up and up with my sell price and it dipped below 82.00 and it sold automatically, I never bought back in which in hind sight was a huge mistake, but whatever I made some cash, I also bought Ford at 2.00 a share I'm still hoping for that one to take off.

I also wish I would have bought a ton of GOLD when it was 8 or 9 bills.

"OUT OF ROOM" Now that is funny. Soon you will have them at your friends house's,storage, and then you will be moving to a bigger house or adding on.

Sounds like an awesome line up of games. I also love my Blitz/Showtime cab.

Oh there's more room in the basement. I've been there. He just needs to claim it :)

So ....

Have you disabled your Craigslist search engine and let all of your ebay searches expire? :D

Bill

Yeah I know, but its like this, My wife is the youngest of 6 siblings, and each one of her Brothers and Sisters has like 4, 5, or 6 kids each. All the Niece's and nephews are old enough now, and have either gotten engaged or gotten married and have children of their own. It's a BIG family.

So........I have to still have room for my wife's family for Christmas Eve Dinner which we host every year, so I have to have room for 6 or 7, 8 foot tables, last year we had over 75 people visit during the night with 55 sitting and eating at the same time.

So I do have room but I don't.
I could probably fit another pin or 2 if I sold the air hockey table which only rarely gets used. :p

Here are some pic's of my Space Duel and some of the rest
